Goods Correctly Supplied by PashInk.com.au will not be refunded unless there are special circumstances. i.e. incorrect description leading to the item not fitting the machine as stated.
Refunded items must fit the following criteria:
* Freight paid by customer.
* Unopened & in original packaging & in a re-saleable condition without any markings. (Please do not write on the box, all product that has markings will be automatically declined.)
* Request via email must be made within 14 days from date of invoice.
Goods incorrectly supplied by PaskInk.com.au will be collected and sent back to our warehouse for a refund or correct replacement.
PashInk.com.au will only offer a refund for compatible product 6 months after date of invoice.
PashInk.com.au requires that all compatible cartridge to be returned to PashInk.com.au with a print sample and clear and accurate fault description.
The cartridge will be inspected for the fault reported and if declared faulty a refund or a replacement will be issued.
All goods returned to PashInk.com.au that were not purchased from PashInk.com.au will automatically be rejected. These goods will incur all collection and return freight costs.
